A picture is worth a thousand words! I’m sure we can all relate to this one 🌵. How often do you want to feel closer to your loved ones yet you somehow mange to push them away? And on the contrary how often do you want to help someone yet doing so does not feel safe as the person you’re trying to support might be overly closed or perhaps defensive. How we feel about ourselves matters and it has a significant impact on our overall health, on quality in which we live our lives. Some of most detrimental and common negative core beliefs are “I’m not lovable”, “I’m not good enough”, “I’m not worthy”, “I’m not deserving” Dr @brucelipton says that most of our core negative beliefs become buried in our subconscious mind by the age of six. Core beliefs are often formed as a way of self protection. The good news is that they don’t need to last a lifetime. With techniques such as Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) we can let go of negative beliefs that no longer serve us in present time. We can create a new future for ourselves. How fulfilling would be to feel loved exactly as you are in this moment for you? If you wish to explore this deeper and create a lasting change contact @coherencepersonalcounselling Professional sessions are available online (English and Slovene speaking); in person if you are local to Coffs Harbour, NSW.
