Heart centred work

The biggest shift in my professional work happened when I learnt to become fully present with my clients and do my own personal work first. By no means I’m calling myself “a great therapist” but I’m certainly able to be more present and with that hopefully much more helpful and effective, compassionate.

I’ve had many mentors and leaders in this field who continue to inspire me to grow with each day .

A couple of the most important things in this work are certainly not taught at uni, or necessarily encouraged by workplaces.

I’m grateful that I was able to overcome my own “professional conditioning” to embrace the experiences of true heart centred work, I’m learning everyday, most of my working days bring me to my knees learning of my clients journeys and their openness to healing.
