♥️Math

I have truly enjoyed the past months, guiding health professionals in deepening their skills in helpful, evidence informed techniques and methods such as is the HeartMath system. It has confirmed to me just how important it is for all of us to look after our hearts, to focus our attention on it, breathing into it, to nurture it and also to seek wisdom from our hearts. Many of former colleagues who have attended these mentoring group sessions work in frontline positions. Needless to say current times are challenging, in particular in those roles. We all have the ability to slow and deepen our heart focused breathing. We might have been able to naturally breathe in this way in our early years. Unfortunately this ability gets somehow squashed as we venture into our lives. To return back to it, remember it and intentionally live from that place is a choice. So if you are reading this post, stop for a moment, put your attention on the area of your heart (or chest area) and begin to breathe into your heart (allow 5 seconds for inhale, 5 seconds for exhale), now imagine that your breath is flowing in and out of your heart, breathing a little slower and a little deeper than usual. Now make a sincere attempt to feel regenerative feeling, a genuine sense of gratitude, appreciation or care for someone or something in your life. Often this is the moment where your heart and brain become more harmonious and signals between your heart and brain become coherent. With practice of this @heartmath techniques (one of many) you will likely notice to sleep better, feel more peaceful and calm and feel more energised. If you wish to be guided further in learning how to live calmer, access the wisdom of your heart or reduce stress in your life contact as per link in bio
